Packaging Detail: Standard export packing
Inner packing: Bubble bag, Pearl wool, OPP bag, Color box, etc.
Outer packing: Brown corrugated carton, 2pcs/ctn. The package can be done as customers' requirements.
Delivery Detail: Estimated samples time 1-2weeks; Mass production time usually about 4-5weeks
Shipping information: Normally, we will deliver the sample products via international express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS. For bulk order goods, it will be delivered to customer by ocean.

Q1: Are you a manufacture or trading company?

A1: We are a 10-year-manufacturer engaging in the field of metal products, and we have got permit of import and export as well.

Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?

A2: Our factory is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. 1 hour by car from Xiaoshan Airport.

Q3: How can I get the sample? What's the lead time? 

A3: Samples could be sent within 1-2 week, the lead time is 4-5 weeks.

Q4: I don't have the drawing, can you design it for me?

A4: Yes, you can send your ideas and suggestions of the design you want

Q5: Do you provide ODM/OEM service? 

A5: OEM/ODM is welcome, From the concept to finished goods, we do all (design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production) in the factory.
